Cherry Wood Whiskey Cup #19
Hand-crafted from Vancouver Island cherry wood, the interior of the cup is charred, which brings new flavours to your favourite whiskey.
The exterior is finished with a food-safe wood finish made up of polymerized linseed oil and pure beeswax.
This the largest of all of the cups that are currently available, with room for a larger ice cube/sphere. It measures 3.7” high x 3.7” diameter and has volume of 6.8oz (200ml). This particular cup has a varied grain pattern, with some straight grain, some swirly grain, and one knot near the base.
This cup has been designed for use with straight spirits / ice / water. Cocktails with sweet ingredients are not recommended.
Care Instructions:
do not leave liquid in the cup overnight
hand wash with water (no soap) after each use, dry immediately afterward
do not put in dishwasher or microwave: this will destroy the cup
periodically buff with a soft cotton cloth to maintain sheen (optional)
Each cup is unique, with subtle variations in the size, and wood grain details. During the charring process, the shape of some cups shifted, so they may no longer be perfectly circular. Any minor blemishes to the exterior have been repaired.
